Law of capital markets, merger and acquisitions, corporate law, real estate law

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University, I worked for a law firm specialized in commercial law that represented Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises and I gained experience in the fields of corporate law, real estate transactions and litigation. Later I continued my career as a trainee lawyer at a Hungarian-owned transactional law firm with a considerable international clientele where I participated in the legal support of significant domestic and foreign venture capital investments and acquisitions, as well as in the complex structuring of company groups. Before passing the bar exam I participated in the postgraduate program of ELTE specialized in International and European Business Law, during which I had the opportunity to further broadened my expertise. Since joining AegisLegal's capital markets team in 2022, I have gained extensive experience in providing services to companies wishing to list on the Budapest Stock Exchange. My tasks covered pre-registration due diligence and structuring, the drafting of corporate documents concerning capital increases and the transformation of private limited companies into public limited companies with the competent court of registration. I have also prepared Information Documents (Prospectus) required for the listing of issuers on the Budapest Stock Exchange, and I participated in the capital market processes for the registration of the shares of issuers and the commencement of the trading of their shares. For our clients already present at the Budapest Stock Exchange, I have drafted capital market announcements and to be able to support them even more effectively, I participated in a course for investor relations professionals organised by the Budapest Institute of Banking. I have also administered several processes with the Hungarian central securities depository to have the dematerialised shares of the issuers created and allocated.
