After graduation, I began working at the Legal Section of the Competition Council at the Hungarian Competition Authority as an examiner, where I most often dealt with consumer protection and cartel issues. Subsequently, I joined the capital markets legal team of an international, BIG4 law firm until I completed my BAR exam. Before establishing AegisLegal, I worked at a Hungarian tax consultancy and law firm, where I specialized with trusts. We originally established the legal partnership operating under the brand name AegisLegal in November, 2020, and it has been in operation under its current form since February, 2021.

Starting from 2001 I worked as a junior lawyer, and then from 2005 as an attorney-at-law at various Hungarian law firms with international client-bases, dealing in capital markets, transactional, and company law fields; in 2016, I established my own law firm. I have represented stock market companies for over 15 years, and, during this time, I worked on dozens of capital market transactions. In the course of multiple mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital investments, I had the opportunity of being the legal representative on both the seller/target company side and the buyer/investment company side of the transaction. Competition law Consumer protection Advertising law
I began my career as an investigator at the Hungarian Competition Authority, where I gained experience – among others – in the pharmaceutical and food industry, the electronic trade industry, as well as certain sectors dealing with the procedures and cartel investigations on financial products and telecommunications. Later, I joined the competition law and consumer protection law department of a BIG4 law firm, where I was able to expand on the knowledge, which I had gained working in competition law by taking part in mergers and acquisitions and procedures in the retail sector (abuse of consumer powers). I have thorough experience in the reviewing of advertising campaigns, as well as in the territory of competition law compliance. In May of 2021, I joined the AegisLegal team. I often share my experience in consumer protection and competition law as a guest speaker at professional trainings and conferences, and I am an author and co-author of professional publications.
